There is something truly special about being able to enjoy a little tranquility in the bush. Remove all artificial lighting at night and it becomes magical.

Earth Hour 2014

Earth Hour was celebrated in style at Mombo this year. At 8:30 pm the main switches for Mombo, Little Mombo and the staff village were switched off. As the lights disappeared, the Mombo Staff Choir appeared holding candles. Guests were able to enjoy their dinner as the beautifully harmonious voices of Mombo's finest singers took to the stage.

Little Mombo organised a wine tasting at the Mombo lounge, and followed it with a barbeque served hot and fresh whilst sitting around the fire. The choir came through to the lounge shortly afterwards, finishing off a fine evening on a great note.
