Little Tubu is a Classic Camp

4Cs Projects at Little Tubu Camp

As a camp dedicated to the sustainability of conservation and community, Little Tubu is intimately involved in projects which support these principles.

Tubu Joint Management Committee

Jao Concession holders and the University of Botswana (under the auspices of the Biokavango Project) launched a committee to reduce conflict between the community and the Jao Concession – specifically with regard to curbing poaching and over-fishing.

Solar Power

In keeping with our objective of reducing energy consumption and fuel use, Little Tubu’s guest tents are solar powered, with electricity and hot water provided via solar panels and inverters.
