October 2015 – Wilderness Safaris’ innovative online reservations system, the Wilderness Window, has introduced a range of new features to enhance its online booking service for the company’s valued trade partners.

With live availability, accessible to users 24/7, the Window not only features Wilderness Safaris’ entire portfolio, but also a number of complementary associated products, giving trade partners the opportunity to speedily process complete journeys. Quotes are seamlessly generated with the option to produce electronic itineraries, and a full history of bookings is always accessible. The Window’s Info Centre, another generous feature of the system, gives users online access to rates, specials, the company’s General Information Manual, camp facts and pre-departure documents, to name but a few.
