Lu-Anne Alexander joined Wilderness Holdings as Group Company Secretary in August 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise in compliance and legal-related matters.
With over seven years’ experience as the Regulatory and Compliance Manager and Assistant Board Secretary for Orange Botswana, as well as time spent as State Counsel for the Attorney General’s Chambers in Gaborone, Lu-Anne is well placed to oversee the overall secretarial management of the business across the Wilderness Group.
Lu-Anne has a Bachelor of Laws Degree and USB-ED MDP (Management Development Programme) from the University of Stellenbosch. She is currently completing her Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators Qualification and has attended a variety of courses, such as a Group Training Course in Intellectual Property Rights at the Kyoto Comparative Law Centre in Osaka, Japan.
