North Island offers guests a unique experience that marries privacy, exclusivity and exploration in the Seychelles. The Island is a place of tranquil beauty and a refuge for guests seeking to escape the rush of the modern world. At the same time, the sense of space, the pure air and crystal-clear water can easily prove to be a stimulation to exercise body and mind, to try something new, hone a skill or explore the granite peaks and coral reefs. You can choose from a diverse and generous range of activities, from snorkelling, diving, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing and sunset cruises to exploring the cool forest trails by foot and bicycle, or simply relaxing on the powdery white beaches. The luxury of choice is yours.

Going dark to shine a light on conservation
On the 25th March, WWF’s Earth Hour rolled out across the world; from big bustling cities to secluded private islands, over 3 000 locations in 187 countries across seven continents went dark to shine a light on climate change. North Island switched off its lights on a clear sky full of stars, and our guests were invited to a candlelit dinner on the beach in front of the Piazza. Bonfires, tiki torches, lanterns and tealight candles set the scene for a magical evening in recognition of our place on this fragile planet.

Meet Ania and Jeroen
Ania Zok and Jeroen Stovers joined the team almost a year ago as the Island’s Operations Managers. Jeroen oversees Guest Relations, the Food and Beverage Department and the Activities Centre, while Ania is responsible for the Spa and Housekeeping departments. Together, they look after the guest experience on North Island and aim to go above and beyond to spoil, surprise and personalise each stay, creating individually-crafted memories that remain long after our guests’ holidays have ended.
