Namibia Guide Trainer Johan Fourie introduced some of the new guides from our Sossusvlei camps to a few desert delights…

Sossusvlei, Namibia
I took some of the new guides from Little Kulala and Kulala Desert Lodge near Sossusvlei to introduce them to our activities in the Naukluft Mountains and the Hauchab Springs.Namib MountainsWe also paid a visit to the Neuras Wine Estate

These activities are not done for guests on a two-night itinerary but are great on longer stays and offer a superb hiking experience with lots of birdlife.

We normally either have lunch with the guests at the vineyard or alternatively a picnic lunch in the Naukluft Mountains.Hauchab SpringsOn warm days the cool clear waters that percolate out of these rocks make for a refreshing swim.Hauchab SpringsIt is hard to imagine that you are in the desert as you look at these photos, yet we are only about 80 km away from Sesriem!
