Mombo Camp, Okavango Delta, Botswana

Mombo Camp is a Premier Camp

Things to do at Mombo Camp

Mombo offers the very best wilderness experience, across a pristine and exclusive area, encountered in very few other places in Africa today. Viewing the high concentrations of plains game and all the predators – including the big cats – is the order of a day at Mombo.

Game Drives

Game drives across the concession take place on open 4x4 Land Rovers, each accommodating a maximum of six or seven guests, allowing each guest a 'window' seat. Please note that as we are in Moremi Game Reserve, night drives are not possible at Mombo Camp.

Rhino conservation talks

Presentations or talks on the return of the rhino to Botswana, and our pioneering role in it, are held regularly by one of our available rhino conservation experts. These talks address the current plight of the rhino and how Wilderness Safaris is helping to safeguard these mammals.

Gym

For those looking to exercise, there is a gym with an incredible view where you can sweat it up.

Massage Treatments

A massage treatment is probably the best ways in which to relax and restore in the comfort of your room or private deck.

Hide

There is a hide 20 minutes from camp from which you can view and photograph animals and birds (weather permitting).
